libstdc++6 added Breaks: photoprint (<= 0.4.2~pre2-2.3+b2) for #793271
A binNMU (explicitly as +b3 since not all arches are at +b2) should be
sufficient to fix this. I didn't see any other blocker.

Sounds good. Scheduled (except for mips64el where it's uncompiled).
