Backlog of $REAL_LIFE work has kept me super busy. I ran into upgrade issues (sorry, don't have the existing bts#), and it looks like Ubuntu did a similar addition using a 'mozilla-1024/' directory, which may solve the immediate upgrade problem with previously removed certificates. I have not tested this out, yet, but will try to do so soon.
