ctrl+alt+backspace - хоткей для перезагрузки иксов, в случае если у
вас заблокированна клавиатура, хоткеи врятли помогут 8)
SysRq ключается при компляции ядра

В вашем случае, на мой взгляд, имеет смысл обратить внимание на
кобинации "Fn+F1/2" и конфиг иксов (в т.ч. раздел модулей) - иногда его
изменение меняет и поведение hibernate.
