In vtk7 it could be found in two locations: % dpkg -S /usr/share/vtk-7.1/doxygen/doc_header2doxygen.pl libvtk7-dev: /usr/share/vtk-7.1/doxygen/doc_header2doxygen.pl % dpkg -S /usr/share/doc/vtk7/doxygen/doc_header2doxygen.pl.gz vtk7-doc: /usr/share/doc/vtk7/doxygen/doc_header2doxygen.pl.gz Please provide at least one in vtk9* packages.
