Extraits de "http://handhelds.org/z/wiki/How do I setup USB networking" :
PC side

You need to have a supported USB Hub in your PC, and have the kernel module
[blabla sur la compilation du module et du noyau]
Once module is compiled - you can insert it with insmod usbnet.o (but
remember to previously insert the bus module, uhci or ohci). New network
interface usbN (where N is number starting from 0) will appear when the iPAQ
is connected to the USB bus. You can configure it like any other ethernet
interface (except that this one is in fact point-to-point connection to your
iPAQ.)

*Note: kernel 2.4.18 appears to have a broken usbnet driver, and doesn't work
on the PC side. 2.4.19 after pre2 works...

C'est peut-être intéressant comme information ?
J'en retiens surtout qu'il faut que l'autre machine soit connectée pour que
l'interface usb0 apparaisse et soit active. Et que le 2.4.28 est cassé.
Bon courage
