Ola pessoal,
Tambem estou com problemas para configurar minha placa de rede. No meu caso, eh
uma placa SiS900 onboard na asus p4s8x-x. Ao iniciar e ao tentar configura-la
com o etherconf, tenho o seguinte erro:
eth0: ERROR while getting interface flags: No such device
Ao dar um ifconfig eth0:
eth0: error fetching interface information: Device not found
com lspci -v (cortando o que interessa):

com dmesg | grep eth0 inicialmente nao retorna nada. Ao usar o kudzu, ele
retorna:
eth0: Realtek RTL8201 PHY transceiver found at address 1.
eth0: Using transceiver found at address 1 as default
eth0: SiS 900 PCI Fast Ethernet at 0x9800, IRQ 3, 00:0c:6e:44:09:3b.
Mas mesmo assim continua nao funcionando.
