I would have to go with the Matrox Millinium II; 64bit, 220 MHz, up to 16 WRAM, real time mpeg and rainbow running upgrades for video editing, and I think the 4 meg card is about $200 or $250.. I'm not sure the XFree86 supports it, but I believe Accel-X does.
