Create a rescue floppy and boot from that with the CD-ROM connected but the CD in your hand. When the first screen comes up as a result of booting the rescue floppy, insert the CD into the drive. The hamm CD is bootable, but not every system can boot it, and some choke trying. Luck, Pann
