That's what I've been doing, when I think about it. I go through dselect a page at a time and change all the (-)'s to (_)'s and run remove option (takes a while finding all of them). Why doesn't apt honor the purge marks when it runs? Mike -- Mike Merten [EMAIL PROTECTED] ICQ# 28460680
