Model number 2770, to be specific. If your modem is a different model, goto: http://www.o2.net/~gromitkc/20000412a.html and do a search on the model number of your modem. However, you mention playing with jumpers. Does that card actually have jumpers on it? If so, then it is probably (but *not* necessarily) a "real" modem.
