yes, i have.  you probably want to use these packages in debian, it'll
be easier:
nvidia-glx-src - nVIDIA binary XFree86 4.X driver
nvidia-kernel-src - nVIDIA binary kernel module

just read the readme's on how to build them, from there you just need to
change the driver in your x4 config.
