Sorry to be the bringer of bad news, but the HPT370 controller on that board is actually "Software RAID". Linux currently cannot boot off of any RAID arrays handled by it. (I know, I tried.) The Linux 'md' driver however works exellently with this controller, if you've built the kernel with support for it. - -- vmann GnuPG/PGP Fingerprint CE80 018B D825 6DF1 4990 C15F E11A B17E 4A0C D133 Sair Linux and GNU Certified Administrator #563619 Whidbey Linux User's Group - http://www.wlug.net http://vmann.net -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.6 (GNU/Linux) Comment: For info see http://www.gnupg.org iD8DBQE8BcR24RqxfkoM0TMRAhJZAJ9VFKR0pm9M7KSR8R2jPlTl7+dxOQCdHhz3 vdiljZ1pr38SZgplXLXnEvQ= =a58o -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
