No. I think the terminfo stuff comes with the ncurses packages. I find doing this: dpkg -l | grep term works better than looking for specific packages. When I do this it turns up the ncurses-base package, if you do: dpkg -L ncurses-base You'll see the terminfo stuff there. > People have told me the debian package manager is more sophisticated > yet, and can pull up more detailed info.
