done, but first I found that /etc/nntpserver had to have `localhost'
in whereas it had `news.saix.net' and this was why the above line

Probably lots of guys get a good laugh out of me, so happy to stay
onlist if you are.

I think that I will get on top of it now and will keep you posted of
success or failure.
