Mutt is a steepish learning curve but well worth the effort, particularly if you are subscribed to high volume lists. It is far quicker to get through lots of messages than using a gui. The key is to get the .muttrc file in your home directory setup. I took an example a long time ago and adapted it over time as I learned more. Look in /usr/share/doc/mutt/examples I used Christopher Sharp's muttrc from: http://www.dotfiles.com/index.php?app_id=27 It is also worth getting to grips with vim and using that as your mutt editing environment. ViIMproved is a good book. Again it is a steep learning curve but worth the effort. Some people prefer emacs but I've never really got into it ... vim was a challenge enough :) Regards Clive -- www.clivemenzies.co.uk ... ...strategies for business -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
