I had almost the same specs in mind when I bought my SanDisk Sansa m240. They've come down in price since I bought mine, and you should be able to find a used one pretty easily. I've got the 1GB and it works great. Does not play .ogg files, but I use the Transcribe script in Amarok to transfer them. Works great. Decent battery life on the single AAA.
