My favourite for this is JungleDisk. It stores your files on Amazon's S3, and as a backup program it's half decent. It's not free/libre/open-source, but it's cheap (US$20), and you get free upgrades for life. Oh, and S3 storage is cheap. $0.15/GB/mo, plus $0.10/GB upload/download. I'm backing up about 150MB per day one place for about US$3/month.
