apt-listbugs does not return errors.
If anyone has recoll working on the above I would appreciate it if
you could let me know.

Thanks. I have it working now on the 3rd new test user. Weird that
only 1 out of 3 test users works. I am continuing my testing to see what
the Heck is going on here.
