You say that wlan2 doesn't work manually, but with nm. Did I get it right? If so, that's pretty strange. Oh, and I forgot to say in the previous mail: Turn everything fiddling with the wifi interfaces off, that is, nm, hostapd, etc., before trying any manual method. >> Now check the wpa_supplicant debug outputs.
