Suggestion (other than don't use facebook) - shutdown all internet connections except your browser (and disable any plugins/extensions that network). Connect to your facebook page and login. In a terminal run netstat and look at active http connections. You *might* get lucky and find the offending app using a separate connection to facebook - use the /etc/hosts suggestion in the previous post to block it. Use whois to determine who owns which connection.
