Do the following four symlinks exist on your box (for 3.2 of course).
/lib/modules/3.10-1-amd64/build -> /usr/src/linux-headers-3.10-1-amd64
/lib/modules/3.10-1-amd64/source -> /usr/src/linux-headers-3.10-1-common
/usr/src/linux-headers-3.10-1-amd64/scripts ->
/usr/lib/linux-kbuild-3.10/scripts
/usr/src/linux-headers-3.10-1-common/scripts ->
/usr/lib/linux-kbuild-3.10/scripts
