What does the output of xrandr; look like? What happens if you run xrandr --output DVI-I-1-2 --auto; ? > I can post Xorg.0.log as well as my current xorg.conf if anybody is > interested. [If your displays are just rotated, you'd be better off issuing xrandr commands to run the rotation immediately upon login or similar, IMO.
