STRONG disagree! You don't want that, because it means that at some point in the near future, you'll get a shocking surprise as your system half-updates itself, and probably pukes partway through. A release upgrade should be planned and executed according to the release notes, by hand. Never by automated tools, and never at a time outside of your direct control.
