Do you customize images to change preferences, e.g. to make OS aware that hardware clock is set to local time? If you do not than OS almost certainly assumes that system time is in UTC, so you may experience bizarre TLS-related errors. If you do than it is better to set actual timezone instead and to get daylight saving time transitions out of the box.
