A properly working Radeon driver suggests that the only issue is a problem getting the EDID mode information from the monitor. Options: - Force the mode - Swap from VGA to some other cable (HDMI, DVI) depending on what the monitor has. - Write a custom modeline If you have an appropriate cable handy, that will be fastest and easiest. -dsr-
