I don't have any personal experience with Seafile or NextCloud.  Being a
one-man organization, it is not something I have ever needed myself.

The home page (https://www.seafile.com/en/home/) gives a whole list of
features and functions, which includes "Docs" and "Wiki" features, which I
guess would cover the ability to share notes with team members.
