The destination (2a00:1098:82::6:1), judging by reverse DNS and RTT time, is in Sovereign House datacentre (London Docklands). The host I traced from is in another Docklands datacentre probably less than 1 mile away. Hop 5 is a little further away and by the "slo.gb" I'm going to guess is one of the big Slough datacentres. I don't know what "wtr.gb"¹ might be but as it's 5ms further away I will guess it's either in the North of England, or Scotland. Anyway, the IPv4 is ~5ms more distant than the IPv6 so barring shenanigans they are not the same device.
