I can think of 2 reasons: * accessibility settings (this is a feature used by some people who use assistive technology like eye trackers) * a hardware/firmware issue in the input device causing “ghost clicks” (mouse, trackpad, etc.) -- Jan Claeys (please don't CC me when replying to the list)
