Unfortunately, and I agree with you on one thing, you have to know how
to move on to something else. 

Except that computer science is my passion, so I can't see myself not
doing computer science anymore. 

Trying to be better organized and manage your time better seems a good
place to start. for health and all that it entails, and in particular a
lot of cascading problems, time will tell me
