DCF77 Doesn't work with new kernel

Hi there

I have got a Conrad DCF77 receiver hooked up to a serial port on a 
MosChip PCI 9845 Multi-I/O Controller.
This works with kernel 6.1.0-53-amd64, not with kernel 6.1.0-54-amd64; I 
get 'INCOMPLETE DATA - time code only has 4 bits' and 'parity check FAILED'.
AFIAK there are no other serial port problems with the new kernel: The 
serial port does work with a null modem cable and minicom. Just not with 
DCF77. And I did not find any differences in /var/log/dmesg, 
/proc/ioports, /proc/interrupts or lspci.

Any ideas?
