Hi,

        By my count, that makes six seconds to my proposal so
 far. This exceeds the requirement set forth in the constitution,
 which only requires 5 other developers.
- ----------------------------------------------------------------------
 4.2.1. The Developers follow the Standard Resolution Procedure, below. A
       resolution or amendment is introduced if proposed by any Developer
       and sponsored by at least K other Developers, or if proposed by
       the Project Leader or the Technical Committee.
 4.2.7. Q is half of the square root of the number of current Developers.
       K is Q or 5, whichever is the smaller. Q and K need not be
       integers and are not rounded.
- ----------------------------------------------------------------------

        I note that the seconds to the proposal are the following:

ps: I even verified that all of us are developers using the command
gpg --no-options --no-default-keyring --keyring
/usr/share/keyrings/debian-keyring.pgp  --keyring
/usr/share/keyrings/debian-keyring.gpg  --list-public-keys
    using a current debian-keyrings package
