I like this idea, with the addition of the acknowledgement containing a
normalised vote.

  13-53-32-5-1-_-3-2-2-_-1 => 6-8-7-5-2-1-4-3-3-1-2

  12-24-23-7-2-1-5-3-3-1-2 => 6-8-7-5-2-1-4-3-3-1-2
