No, the original edition was open-sourced separately: https://github.com/TTimo/doom3.gpl TTimo points to https://github.com/dhewm/dhewm3 as an active fork of that one. Helpfully, the authors of dhewm3 list md5sums in https://github.com/dhewm/dhewm3/wiki/FAQ, so it might be possible to have g-d-p support without actually owning a copy ourselves (although IMO the actual package stanza should be commented-out in the YAML until we have an engine at least ITP'd, and someone has tested it). For dhewm3 I'd suggest using package names doom3-data, doom3-resurrection-data, doom3-demo-data; for the BFG edition I'd suggest doom3-bfg-data. I think it'd be OK to put them both in doom3.yaml though. Explaining that Doom 3 and Doom 3 BFG are not compatible in the generated package's description is probably a good idea.
