I think the solution is probably to not convert UTF-8 characters to HTML entities, or to use a validator that accepts numeric HTML entities for emoji. You'll need to investigate how the page gets created and validated and then fix one of the sides. -- bye, pabs https://wiki.debian.org/PaulWise
