Hi, splitting developers and users is a good idea in my oppinion. In the webwml repository g...@salsa.debian.org:webmaster-team/webwml.git there's the directory english/MailingLists/desc which includes description, but I'm not sure if they are used for creating the web page lists.debian.org. The listmaster team should know better.
