Ok, then you may put xkb-data on hold, because these patches have
been merged upstream and I am willing to upload into unstable very
soon to have broader testing.
This upload will be very similar to 0.8-12exp3 which is now in
experimental, but I doubt that your problem got fixed.
exp{1,2,3} are available at
http://people.debian.org/~barbier/tmp/
so that you can test with different versions.
