Je crois que l'éditeur HTLM, c'est DreamWeaver.
Une simple recherche sur codeweaver avec Google donne :

codeweavers wine is an effort to make wine more user friendly and easy
to use. the core inside - wine itself - is the same. the wine version
which is packed in is tested, so there shouldn't be the threat of some
buggy release.
