Does anyone know where I can check Spamcop to see if an address is listed with them?
They seem to have hidden the thing very well.

Part of why I'm asking is a client - using AOL's email program - just forwarded
several messages to recipients on my server and some of them were bounced. The tests
failed were NOPOSTMASTER and SPAMCOP.

Does SpamSop have the AOL domain blocked off? That'd be crazy.
