We have had good success with them.

Our system is setup for weight of 15 to be marked as SPAM in the subject
and weight of 20 to be redirected to Admin.

The following is how we treat these:

MONKEYPROXIES ip4r proxies.relays.monkeys.com
127.0.0.1 15 0
MONKEYFORMMAIL ip4r formmail.relays.monkeys.com
127.0.0.1 15 0

Naturally if it fails any of these it will automatically be marked as
SPAM. We have not had any reason to lower their grade. The following
are actions:

MONKEYPROXIES WARN
MONKEYFORMMAIL WARN

We have tested these for a long time and delete actions are only used
when we have had no false positives.

Hope this helps.

How is everyone weighting this test?
Are there many false positives?
