If the file doesn't exist, the master \IMail\Declude\$default$.JunkMail file will be used (unless there is a per-user config file for that specific user).If the $default$.junkmail file is left blank in a domain sub folder of Declude will that domain be skipped or will it use the master $default$.junkmail file?
If the file does exist but is blank, it will be used (and Declude JunkMail will assume you want to use the IGNORE action for all tests).
