I want to either delete or send to a specified mailbox all mail for a list of recipients. I manage about 250 users between 2 different domains, and because we are a wholesale salesman based company we have chosen to use the nobody alias so all misaddressed mail is routed to one mailbox. We get quite a bit of misaddressed yet legitimate mail so this works fine except for old employees. I have to leave their accounts on the system, and I set their mailbox size to 0 and all messages are bounced with a notice. But because declude does its tests first, any virus or spam for these users gets caught, rather than bounced. I have quite a few of these accounts now and I would like to be able to delete their mailboxes off of the system, still leave the nobody alias on, and enter their names into a list and have all mail deleted so I never see it or any virus or spam warnings.
Is this possible using declude filters? After reading about them it appears so, but I may need a little help on configuring them properly. What about a blacklist recipient function? Unless someone is using the nobody alias, this is not usually a problem, the mail is rejected because the account doesn't exist. Also Imail's rules.ima are processed after declude so they don't help any. Ideas anyone?
