While that may be true, you must be aware that headers are forged and with that in mind you have to be careful when you blacklist someone. I would suggest you leave abuse open and allow then to reply to that account. However, it is up to you. Some times others deserve a second chance as much as I hate spam, I have to be somewhat considerate.
