Hi;
Interesting trend... I keep seeing spam coming from strange userID's (randomly made)@Durability.com and other domains we host for several charities.
 
I think that solves a couple of problems for these people - like the MX record exists and also chances are that a company might have Whitelisted their own domain.
 
Could this be a possible test?  A list that we can create of legitimate eMails from a domain and if a sender is from any of these domains then the UserID has to match!?  or is there a way this can be tested directly with IMail so if a user does not exist from a domain then the eMail is not accepted from that TO address?
 
Naturally for this to happen the domain has to first exist in IMail and then the user.
