[Declude.JunkMail] Declude JunkMail v1.66 (beta) released

We have just released Declude JunkMail v1.66 (beta). See http://www.declude.com/junkmail/manual.htm . Notable changes since the last beta include:

o Adds per-user whitelisting
o Adds whitelisting based on reverse DNS entry
o Reduces number of DNS lookups
o Can now define an unlimited number of spam tests
