550 spoofing not allowed
what does that mean, and how do I correct the problem ?

You need to contact the people that run the mailserver at diplobel.org to find out what they mean.

Apparently, they think that E-mail with the return address of [EMAIL PROTECTED] should not be coming from your mailserver. But unless diplobel.org is a domain of theirs, they can't know whether or not it should be coming from your mailserver.
