X-Declude-Note: Domain lists.msnbc.com has no MX or A records.
There is now a new interim release 1.76i1 at http://www.declude.com/release/176i/declude.exe that takes care of this issue (which would occur for hosts with no MX record, but that do have an A record, but that A record is sent with no NS records).
