Yes Keith.. With us I think it happened after 8.04 update.. but I am not sure what has caused it. In our case no record of the email is seen in JM or Virus logs. It seems like when IMail gets done with it simply forgets Declude and delivers the email.  So we are not scanning the email for virus ...
