When the messages come from a system that participates in building spam lists and the distribution of spam then yes. You must take a stand that you won't have anything to do with a company like Topica. By using the legitimate part of their business you are feeding their corrupt part of their business and you are ultimately making the Internet a slightly worse place to be.
