Forgive my ignorance but how does this work with security? What do you, or your users, authenticate on?

I have a Windows 2000 server on a T-1 with Imail / Declude on port 25, and the SMTP build-in to IIS on port 26, so i have two SMTP servers on the same PC. the IIS SMTP on port 26 just forwardes all email to Imail / Declude on port 25.
