You should be fine as long as you don't do matches on numbers below 20, or at least that is my experience. I'm thinking that you created this exception in order to head off that problem. Minimally it's worth a try.

Because of the 'lsan03', the numeric characters in the host name boil down to 63.202.107.44.03. I'm thinking about how best to make this type of entry fail, without jacking up the risk of a false positive.
